I am Shireen. I am an educator.

I believe that one is never too ‘young’ or too ‘old’ to learn, explore, create and innovate as time progresses.

Having worked and engaged with both kids and adults, I have trained , performed, taught in music schools, participated in recitals, concerts and events both locally and abroad.

Currently, I work as a music tutor and is attached to kindergartens conducting classes in music and movement, song composition for pre-schools, percussion and dance choreography, writing story and music books for children, speech, drama, music and art related programs.

These are my beliefs, goals and vision:

*I believe music has the power to develop an imaginative mind in education. Its a tool for learning and also for the development of a child’s imagination, emotional, social, cultural, physical and creative potential.

*I believe music is an important part of a child’s life, even when in our mother’s womb.

(A gift God gave to each human life.)  

*My goal is to create engaging, joyful music and programs for children that incorporate  topics they learn at school through interpretive dancing, creative and imaginative role play, percussion instruments (pulse & rhythm),

story telling, drama and games.

*I believe that my program can help children learn simple subjects. Also to enhance their fine & gross motor skill and sensory development, hence helping them in their cognitive development.
